I could not be happier with the care my beagle received during her stay. She came back home relaxed, happy and clearly well looked after.

Tony was fantastic throughout. He kept me updated and even sent some fun videos of her playing with the other dogs, which was such a nice touch and really put my mind at ease while I was away. It was great to see her socalising and having such a great time.

It is clear that Tony genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe, friendly and attentive place for their dog!

Tony at For the Love of Dawgs has been a Godsend since we moved back to Ireland with a wee dog added to the family. Lola loves staying and Tony clearly dotes on the dogs who stay with him. It’s great knowing that Lola is having g a ball and being well looked after while we are away abroad. Thanks Tony ❤️

Just picked up Clover after a few days stay with Tony and Nuala. Great service as always and we received some photos of Clover during our time away. She’s always very happy and her next stay there is already in the diary!

This is the fourth time Milo has stayed with Tony while we’ve been away and we’re very happy with how well looked after he is. He jumps out of the car when he arrives, wagging his tail and obviously enjoys his visits. This time was a 4 day trip and Tony shared updates and photos to let us know how Milo was doing. We are already planning his next stay!

My dog Charlie spent 4 nights with Tony and I received photos and updates. This is not the first time he has stayed with Tony and once again he was totally loved and cared for and got lots of cuddles. One very happy dog. Thanks so much again Tony for looking after my boy like he was your own.

Our dogs, Holly and Honey, spent 3 weeks with Tony recently and had a wonderful time.

We got regular photos and videos which was so reassuring and great for our peace of mind. It was so nice to see them all cosy at night on the sofa.

Tony treated them as part of the family and it is obvious he loves dogs. It truly is a home from home. Our dogs were so content there.

I would thoroughly recommend Tony’s place.

Lola stayed with FTLODs for 5 nights while the rest of the family were in London. L is 14 and can be a bit anxious but it was a great reassurance to us knowing that she was being treated so well while we were away. Tony loves dogs and L took to him so well.

Our two dogs Seamus and Margot have stayed with Tony many times now. They are always excited to go there and are really well looked after during their stay.

Our nervous rescue Margot has settled in especially well there and has made herself at home in her bed in front of the aga!

Our wee dog Holly had the pleasure of staying with Tony over new year’s. Holly is a nervous dog and it can take time to settle in but Tony was very good with her and now has a new friend.

When we collected Holly she was very happy and settled.

We would recommend Tony and We will definitely take Holly back to stay.

10/10 experience. I just picked up my 1 year old cocker spaniel from spending 18 nights with Tony and Nuala, he came home so content and calm. This is his first time staying at “for the love of dawgs” and i wouldnt want to have him anywhere else while im away. During his stay I received many updates on how his days where being spent along with photos which made me feel reassured during my trip away and i could focus on enjoying my vacation knowing how well he was being care for. Tony and Nuala looked after loki like he was one of their own, giving him lots of hugs and attention and i couldnt be more grateful for the care they provided. Thank you!
